In October 1995, DLL Inc was created by is actual president Laurent Leblanc in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec, Canada as a small manufacturing company with only 4 employees. Today the company includes three divisions: Railway, Petroleum and Industrial with more then 40 full time employees. DLL Inc serves the Railway, the Petroleum and the Industrial market through its activities in the fields of manufacturing new products. DLL Inc also supply rebuild parts as Utex, Outright or on Repair-Return base.
