We take an analytical, project approach to help growing companies from the United States and Europe achieve their territory sales targets from western Canada. Depending on the objectives of our clients, we either recruit full-time local resources or provide experienced executives on contract. 

Our extensive network of enterprise decision-making contacts in western Canada makes it possible to get results quickly. Our contract executives have at least 20 years of professional sales experience in the specific territory. Many are active university professors and Board members. All offer domain expertise and extensive professional networks. 

We work with senior management to develop and implement realistic territory plans. We insure that best practices in sales are implemented and maintained. Depending on the specific needs of our client, we fill and manage the opportunity pipeline, manage people or carry a bag. 

A typical client scenario might see one of our associates act as a Territory Manager for a day a week to establish a western Canada presence. When the activity exceeds 3 days/week, we recruit a full-time replacement and mentor them as they ramp up to productivity.
