Mecfab is a company established in 1975 by Jim Hamel, specializing in servicing the pulp and paper industry. Over the years, Mecfab has expanded its facilities and expertise, focusing on the wet part of the machine and specializing in headboxes, fourdriniers, and presses. In 2005, Lemieux Industrie acquired Mecfab, further strengthening its position in the industry.
